What to Expect at Intake

  • 45–60‑minute evaluation with a clear, written treatment plan provided to you following your visit
  • Follow‑ups typically 20–30 minutes
  • ADHD policy: If seeking stimulant or ADHD‑specific medication, you must provide documentation of prior ADHD diagnosis and treatment by your intake day (testing report, prior evaluations, or provider notes)
  • We welcome graduate, professional, and non‑traditional students balancing full‑time work, caregiving, military service, or mid‑career training

Working With Campus CAPS

CAPS offers short‑term counseling, groups, workshops, and urgent care. Eudaimonia complements CAPS with ongoing psychiatric evaluation and medication management. With your written permission, we can coordinate with your CAPS clinician.

What do I need for my first appointment?
Photo ID, insurance card, completed intake forms, and—if seeking to continue your current ADHD medication management—documentation of prior ADHD diagnosis and treatment (testing reports, prior evaluations, or provider notes), otherwise you'll have to undergo a new evaluation for ADHD.
When are new‑patient intakes?
Every Monday and Wednesday; we also offer a Saturday clinic on the last Saturday of the month.
