What We Offer
Initial Consultation
The initial consultation is scheduled for 60 minutes to allow us to get a comprehensive, in-depth view of your situation and needs. We will recommend a unique, evidence-based treatment plan that is tailored to your needs. It is also a time for you to decide if you feel comfortable coming to us to establish mental health care.
Therapy
Trained in the psychodynamic tradition, we may recommend weekly therapy with our psychiatrists, depending on your unique situation. We tailor our therapy modalities for your specific needs enabling you to grow and be your best self.
Medication Management
If we feel you may benefit from medication, or you already have a therapist and would like to augment your treatment by considering medication options, we provide cutting-edge, evidence-based medication management services. We schedule 30 minutes for medication management appointments to ensure high-quality evaluations.

We are considered out-of-network providers for all other insurance plans. We can provide you with a billing receipt or Superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Your visit fee will be billed up to 48 hours before your appointment and is an FSA/HSA eligible expense, which may count towards your deductible.
